The sales and service staff at St. George Ford are professional and very customer-oriented folks. The facility is amazingly big and all oriented towards making the customer feel comfortable. I worked with Trent and Tim to purchase and service a used Honda. Chad helped me with finance. Their honesty and desire to facilitate the sale and care of the car assures me that nothing will be overlooked nor over-priced! I will take advantage of their quality customer care for a long time!

I do not understand why nobody but the person who checked my vehicle in. I have to wait for that person while some of the workers are just standing around. Figure that out. The repairs where great.

Amazing service and very helpful when my battery died while down here from Salt Lake! They were able to fit us into their busy schedule and got us back on to road to make it to our sons baseball tournament on time! Brad in the service dept went above and beyond to get us taken care of!

I set an appointment over the phone to have my side mirror repaired. I anticipated the service repair for a week after receiving multiple email reminders confirming the appointment. I arrived at the repair center to be told that the mirror might not be in stock. I left the car after being told that they would double check the availability of the mirror and they would give me a call. I was gone for two hours without being communicated with whatsoever. I returned to a car that wasn't fixed. I had to reschedule another appoint, and bring the car back again. This time I left the car and was told that I would receive a call when the car was fixed. After four hours, still no call. The car was fixed this time, and thankfully the work was good quality.

The communication wasn't at all what I have been accustomed to from this dealership. I was offered a small price break on the labor, but it still left a bad taste in my mouth. There was no follow through on the status of the repair, no communication between the call center and the service center confirming the order of the mirror, and just an overall lack of attention to detail. It is one thing having to spend $500 on a new mirror, but another thing to do it while being passed along with inaccurate information. I expected better.

Ken Garff Ford and their employees have been my "go-to" dealer for well over a decade. I have purchase 5 vehicles from them with no regrets. They have been excellent in helping me select Suv's, go to work, and sport cars. The one thing that I appreciate about Ken Garff Ford is their fantastic service department. This is what really sets them apart from other dealers.
